Terms & Conditions

Quotations

Quotations are based on the information and site conditions known at the time of assessment. Where site conditions differ materially, we will advise you before any additional cost is incurred.

Unless stated otherwise, a quotation is valid for 30 days from its date.

Installation and access

The client is responsible for providing safe site access, power and any approvals required from landlords, management or authorities before installation begins.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in each quotation. Equipment remains the property of NESE Technologies Enterprise until payment has been received in full.

Warranty and support

Installation workmanship is warranted for the period stated in your quotation. Equipment carries the manufacturer's warranty. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, tampering, lightning, power surges or unauthorised modification.

Liability

Security and power systems reduce risk but cannot eliminate it. We are not liable for indirect loss arising from theft, power interruption or equipment failure beyond our reasonable control.
