When you request a quote, contact us or send us a WhatsApp message, we receive the details you choose to provide: your name, phone number, email address, location and a description of the work you need.

This website does not store your form entries in a database. Quote and contact forms open a WhatsApp message on your device containing the details you typed, which you then choose to send to us.

How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation
• To arrange site assessments, installations and support visits
• To keep service and warranty records for work we have completed

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share details only with team members or approved technicians who need them to deliver the service you requested, or where we are required to do so by law.

Data retention and security

We keep enquiry and project records only for as long as they are needed for service, warranty and legal purposes, and we take reasonable measures to protect them from unauthorised access.
